About Trongsa
Trongsa sits at the heart of the country, where the road bends around a deep river gorge. Trongsa Dzong, Bhutan's largest dzong, is the ancestral seat of the royal family, and the old watchtower above it now houses a museum on the monarchy. The white Chendebji Chorten is a popular stop on the road.
